    Tied in with the Brand Guidelines, we’ll create a strategy-based brand identity. This includes:

    • Logo variations

  • You might be surprised to know, that Pronto Studio is actually an agency of one. This means that all your requests will go through myself, the creative founder Melissa.

  • No way! Once you’re subscribed you can add in as many job requests into our queue as you like, and I’ll work on these one by one!

  • On average, you can expect designs with 1-3 business days.

  • Every business goes through ebbs and flows, and I understand you might not always have enough design work to fill up an entire month. That’s where the pause feature comes in handy!

    Only have a handful of requests? Once these have been completed, pause your subscription and restart when more work comes through.

    I work on a 31 day billing cycle, so for example, if you pause on day 10, when you restart your subscription you have 21 more days left.

  • I work in a few, including:

    Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Powerpoint.

  • Thats ok! That’s where the subscription model works so well - I will revise and continue to make changes until you’re 100% satisfied!

  • At this stage, I don’t work on the following:

    Video, animations, complex packaging, magazines & books.

  • That’s ok! I can pause your subscription and we can restart your subscription when you have more work.

  • That’s a great question! When your business is going through it’s ebbs and flows, what is your designer working on?

    Or maybe you can only afford a junior, but you’re actually wanting someone with a more senior design experience.

    I’m here to fill that gap! And with the pause and cancel feature, when it’s quiet, opt to pause your subscription.

  • Traditional agencies can be expensive, inflating their hours to fill out their monthly retainers. And what happens if you need to make revisions? Expect to pay extra or even hourly!
