As an employee, I played a pivotal role in the transformation while employed there, steering the website away from its outdated '90s corporate roots. The new website was meticulously designed to resonate with users engaged in selling or buying homes, ensuring RE/MAX stood shoulder to shoulder with Australian realty giants such as Ray White and McGrath. This was not just a redesign; it was a strategic evolution aimed at enhancing user engagement and simplifying the property search and listing experience.

The website's sophisticated search functionality, coupled with enhanced agent profiles, provided a much-needed user-friendly interface that was both inviting and intuitive. This digital transformation mirrored a similar shift for RE/MAX New Zealand, which has since branched off.
