Who’s the designer?
Just me — Melissa Wimberley, founder and senior designer at Pronto Studio. When you work with Pronto, you’re getting embedded, high-level creative (not being passed between juniors or account managers). You can learn more about me here →.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can send?
Nope! You can send as many requests as you like — they’ll be placed in a queue and completed one at a time, based on your plan’s speed and access.
How fast will I get my designs?
Design Sprint: 2–4 business days
Standard: 2–3 business days
Professional: 1–2 business days
(Some requests may vary depending on complexity — I’ll always keep you in the loop.)
What if I only have one request?
That’s totally fine! You can still use a sprint or monthly plan to knock out that one task — or stack it with a few nice-to-haves. Standard and Professional subscriptions can be paused if you need a breather.
How does the pause feature work?
You can pause your Standard or Professional subscription anytime, and your remaining time will carry over. Perfect if you’ve wrapped up a big project but want to keep me in your back pocket.
Can I Slack you or jump on multiple calls?
Only on the Professional plan.
Standard includes one weekly check-in, and all communication stays streamlined via Trello and email so I can stay focused on design (and out of back-to-back calls).
What programs do you work in?
I use Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Trello. I don’t design in Canva — it’s just not built for the level of quality and control I offer.
What work don’t you cover?
I don’t offer:
Motion or animation
Canva templates
Video editing or development
Tasks outside graphic/web design
I do offer website wireframes and Squarespace builds — and I’m open to Shopify for the right project.
What’s included in a subscription?
You’ll get unlimited design requests, fast turnaround, final files, and one active task at a time — all based on the access level of your plan. Full inclusions are shown here → once you fill out this form.
What kind of design work can I request?
Branding, campaign assets, social graphics, pitch decks, packaging, signage, event collateral, email graphics, internal comms… pretty much anything visual you’d need to run or grow your brand.
Do I get the source files?
Yes. Every single design is yours to keep, fully editable and ready to use. No extra fees or locked formats.
What if I don’t like the design?
That’s okay! You can request as many revisions as you need — I’ll keep refining until it’s right (or advise when a better direction is needed).
What does “unlimited” really mean?
It’s like Netflix — you can request as many design tasks as you like, but I work through them one at a time, based on priority.
This ensures every job gets the attention it deserves (no rushed work, no half-done designs).
You’re free to queue up as much as you need — I’ll keep things moving.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are time-based, not task-based — which means unlimited requests, but not unlimited hours. I’ll always aim to keep things moving and let you know what’s realistic within your timeframe.
What if I have jobs left over at the end of my subscription?
If there are requests still in your queue when your subscription ends, they’ll pause with your plan. You can either extend your subscription to continue working through them, or upgrade if you need faster turnaround.
Why wouldn’t I just hire a full-time designer?
Hiring full-time can cost over $100k+ a year — and comes with onboarding, training, and overhead. With Pronto, you get high-level design when you need it, with no long-term commitment.
Why wouldn’t I just use an agency?
Agencies are great for big strategy projects. But for day-to-day execution? You’ll often get passed between juniors, deal with inflated timelines, and pay premium pricing. I keep things lean, fast, and aligned to your brand — without the bloat.
Do you offer refunds?
Because space is limited and I block out time for you, I don’t offer refunds. But you can pause your subscription if things change — I want to make this as easy and flexible as possible.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at the end of any billing cycle — just give me a heads up before your next payment date. I’ll help you shift to what suits best.
Can I use this service for multiple stakeholders or departments?
If you’re on the Professional plan, yes — that’s exactly what it’s designed for. On the Standard plan, we keep things streamlined with one brand and one main point of contact so nothing gets lost.
Where are you based? Do you work with clients outside Australia?
I’m based in Brisbane, Australia — but I work with clients across Australia and Globally. Everything runs online, so timezone differences rarely get in the way.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
If you’re based outside of Australia, your card provider will handle the currency conversion at checkout.
